About Danielle

   Danielle Troxel was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii and grew up on a ranch filled with animals. She is an only child and spent her time exploring, reading and writing stories. She attended college in Denver, Colorado, majoring in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and minoring in Sociology. As much as she enjoyed city life, she inevitably missed her family and animals, returning home. Danielle loves all things whimsical, unique and beautiful, including these elements in her stories. She lives with her best friend, who happens to be a Dachshund named Shorty.
